Privacy Policy for ieQip

Last Updated: July 22, 2026

Wynngate Corporation ("Wynngate," "we," "us," or "our") operates the ieQip (Intelligent Electronic Quality Inspection Platform) mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, or describes you as an individual ("Personal Data") when you register for and use the Service:

  • Account Credentials: When you register for an account, we collect your work email address, password, and security tokens generated via Google Authenticator for two-factor authentication (2FA).

  • Usage & AI Query Data: We collect information regarding your interactions with the Service, including search queries entered into the AI chatbot, selected commodities, markets, and document download preferences.

  • Technical Device Data: We automatically collect standard mobile device parameters, including IP address, operating system version, device identifiers, and crash logs for service optimization and security auditing.

  • Payment Data: If you purchase paid access tiers, document views, or subscriptions, financial transactions are processed directly by authorized third-party billing providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe). Wynngate Corporation does not store or process your full payment card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and authenticate access to the ieQip platform.

  • Power the AI query assistant and return relevant global regulatory references (e.g., FDA 483s, EIRs, Warning Letters, CFRs, and international regulatory records).

  • Enforce account security and multi-factor authentication.

  • Manage user subscription tiers, document access rights, and payment verification.

  • Respond to customer service inquiries and technical support requests.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Tools

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Service, such as:

  • Authentication Providers: Google Authenticator / TOTP services for two-factor verification.

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Secure cloud hosting providers hosting our regulatory databases and retrieval-augmented AI engines.

  • Payment Processors: Apple, Google, or designated merchant processors handling subscription billing.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement robust organizational and technical security measures—including encrypted transmissions, secure token authentication, and strict access controls—to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

5. International Data Transfers

The ieQip database includes regulatory information from various international markets and commodities. By accessing the Service, you acknowledge that information collected may be stored and processed in servers located in the United States or other jurisdictions where our cloud infrastructure operates.

6. Account Deletion and Data Retention Rights

In accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play developer requirements, all users have the right to delete their account and associated personal data at any time.

  • You may initiate account deletion directly within the ieQip mobile application by navigating to Account Settings > Delete Account.

  • Alternatively, you can submit a written deletion request to privacy@wynngateconsulting.com. Upon account deletion, your personal credentials, 2FA profiles, and query histories will be permanently scrubbed from our active databases, except where retention is required by applicable law or legitimate security auditing obligations.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is a professional enterprise application intended strictly for business and regulatory compliance purposes. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 18.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
